We prioritize enhancing clinician specialties through paid training opportunities and by matching therapists with their preferred population.
What We’re Looking for:
We’re seeking a licensed Maryland therapist who is warm, engaging, and motivated to join our dynamic team. An ideal candidate has expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Trauma-informed modalities (e.g., EMDR, Brainspotting, TF-CBT)
- Neurodivergence (ADHD/ASD)
- OCD (using Exposure & Response Prevention)
- Therapy for adolescents
- Sex therapy
- Somatic therapy
In-person and evening availability is preferred, as this ensures a speedy way to fill your schedule and meet the needs of our clientele.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary range: $45,000–$100,000 annually.
- Flat session rate: Paid per session regardless of client/insurance payment outcomes (including fees under our 24-hour cancellation policy).

Your Role:
- Provide individual, couples, or group therapy, primarily in-person at our Hampden office.
- Participate in case consultations and collaborate with our team of dedicated therapists.
- Engage in continuing education to support professional growth.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields.
- Current Maryland license (e.g., LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, Psy.D., Ph.D., LMFT, Psych Associate).
- Strong work ethic, including professionalism, thoroughness, punctuality, and ethical standards.
- Commitment to a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- Willingness to engage in self-marketing (e.g., networking, blogging, social media).
- Availability to maintain at least 10 client sessions per week (dependent on referrals and scheduling).
