Pamela Altemos

Hi, I’m Pamela. I am a licensed, LGBTQ+ affirming psychotherapist and yoga instructor with more than 15 years of experience. I provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to adolescents and adults with a range of identities. I am passionate about working with clients who present with a myriad of mental health concerns, including adjustment challenges, disordered eating, experiences of trauma, transgender and gender non-conforming issues, depressive symptoms, experiences of anxiety, and relationship concerns.
