Understand. Heal. Grow.
We Can Do This Together
Does this describe you?
Is something getting in the way – keeping you stuck – from truly living life and experiencing joy?
Is pain from your past or worries about the future making it hard to enjoy the present?
Do you feel torn between your roles as parent, friend, employee, or significant other?
Are you driven by a need to be perfect and “get it right”?
Welcome to New Connections Counseling Center!
Sometimes you may feel lost. Lost in a role or expectation. Maybe overwhelmed with parenting… fixated on career advancement… trying to be perfect… caring for an ailing loved one… or maybe you’re busy just surviving. And you may feel unsure how to be you, the real you, given the pressures of societal or family expectations.
Feeling lost and disconnected from ourselves can be a very lonely experience and can cause overwhelming fear, anxiety and depression. At New Connections, we specialize in providing safe spaces where folks can step outside of their everyday experiences and get back in touch with forgotten or unknown parts of themselves.
Maybe you struggle with self-worth and are afraid to tell anyone because you worry your façade will be shattered. You quietly suffer from anxiety and since you look strong on the outside, nobody suspects the turmoil going on inside you. Maybe you feel like you don’t have true relationships because you’re so afraid to be real. To open up to others.
Our therapists are expert guides in this process of self-discovery; however, (although you may not feel it), we view YOU as the expert on you. We believe the answers are inside you. And we are here to help you connect with yourself. To help you live a life filled with joy, love, and purpose.
Our mission is to empower each client to overcome anxiety, life changes, relationship concerns, and other challenges.
ALL ARE WELCOME

We value the diversity of racial and cultural identity and background, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious background and belief, marital status, family structure, age, mental and physical health, appearance, size, political perspective, and educational and class status.
